9PM-3AM MONDAY -FRIDAY 4-6 hrs/night

Need 1 Floor Care Specialist:

Qualifications: The ability to decipher which chemicals to use on carpet spots. Know how to operate the various machines used in the floor care industry. Know when an extraction machine is needed. Know how to strip and wax hard floors. Know how to strip, burnish, bonnet and work with a schedule. Responsible for the preventative and restorative maintenance of multiple varieties of hard floors and carpet throughout all the building. Job duties would also include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, high dusting, window cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and many other housekeeping tasks.

Need 2 General Night Cleaners:

Job duties would include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, high dusting, window cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and many other housekeeping tasks. Assisting Floor Care Specialist with carpet and tile floor maintainance as well.

ALL positions require experience in the cleaning industry and reliable transportation. Attention to detail is a MUST! Must be dependable & reliable for this shift.

$10-$12/hr based upon experience & performance

Temporary Production work (Ferrisburgh)

3 Positions: Week night shift is: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - Midnight. $12 per hour.

Lane Press, a highly respected web-offset magazine printer is looking for a talented Electronic Maintenance Technician to support our high-speed, 24/7 production operations. Working a 12-hour night shift schedule that includes up to 5 days off per pay week and 182 days off every year, this may be the ideal schedule for you.

Primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing the following systems; Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), Servo and adjustable speed motor controls, AC/DC power control circuits, Profibus and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Our successful candidate will be experienced in utilizing the following tools; oscilloscope, a PC-based data logger, VOM and national electric codes. A strong understanding of HVAC systems and how mechanics interface with electronic systems is required.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent organization and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors, members of the Lane Press management team and employees. Strong planning and project management skills combined with the ability to drive to fast and efficient results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting are needed. At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer/PLC-based controls (associated with production equipment) is necessary. An Associates degree or equivalent is also required.
