Caregiver for disabled female in private home. [Not elderly, just disabled.]
The hours are very short, but the care is very important and must be on time.
Ideal for students or anyone interested in just a few extra hours of work each week. No full-time hours available
2 early mornings,
5;00am-8;00am
$14-$19/hr
Pay starts at $14/hr and raises $1 every other month topping at $19//hr.
Please be sure you can manage getting up very early.
Also, if we finish early you will be paid the full 3 hours regardless.
and/or
2 late mornings
10;00am-12noon
$14-$17/hr
Pay starts at $14/hr and raises $1 every other month topping at $17//hr
Other short hours in the late afternoon and night may be open in the future.
Responsibilities include providing personal care and hygiene. The care is very 'hands on' and some may not be comfortable, but it is very easy to learn.
Must be physically fit for lifting required for transfers. The lifting is not difficult, but if you have any prior back or knee problems then this position will not be suitable for you.
**Experience is helpful, but not necessary-will train.
Must be responsible, reliable and have own transportation. Hopefully fun, open personality.
Looking for long-term employee, not just temporary. Serious inquiries only please. Must be drug free.
**Prefer to hire someone close to the area so they don't have to drive too far and because of gas prices. **
