Data Entry Clerk – Night Shift (Hernando County)

We are currently seeking a qualified Data Entry Clerk to provide clerical support during the nightshift between the hours of 3pm-11pm.

Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and organization skills with the ability to work independently and effectively under stress in order to complete tasks on time.
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to sit for a long period of time
- Must be able to work weekends

Intermediate knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop)
- Mapquest/Google Maps
- Internet (navigate through Property Appraisers Websites)
- General Office Technology (answering phones, sending/receiving emails with attachments, scanning, etc.)

Required Experience:
High School Diploma/GED
Position requires 1-2 years of basic office experience

L3 Senior Network Engineer | Citrix Virtualization Solutions (Tampa Area)

Do you like fast paced, constantly challenging, high-demand work environments? Then, this position could be a match for you. The Launch Pad is offering a multi-faceted and dynamic opportunity for a hands-on L3 systems engineer that is looking to be involved in all aspects of technology including both project management and client support. The position involves supporting customer systems on-site and via remote access providing complete technology management solutions.

Position will include system and network design and deployment with a focus on Citrix desktop and server virtualization, remote and onsite support, project management and technology consulting for our business clients. Candidates should be organized, detail and process oriented, possess excellent problem solving skills and enjoy working directly with clients. You will document all service in our ticketing system and prepare work product documentation, checklists, training materials and standards documents to ensure a high-quality of service delivery and maximize our client*s efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Analyze support request and alert generated issues
o Application of best-practice methodology to resolve the problem promptly and cost-effectively .
o Technical excellence in service delivery to maximize billable time and customer satisfaction and to minimize non-billable time. .
Resolve customer server and storage problems as assigned.
o Interact directly with customer*s technical staff to resolve issues or implement changes.
o Documentation of knowledgebase articles and environmental Visio diagrams will also be required.
o Participate in an on-call rotation of some night and weekend shift support with peers for after-hours support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
o 5 years + experience working in as network/systems administrator or engineering preferably in an IT services or helpdesk/NOC support environment preferably with an IT services provider.
o Completed 4-year degree, Masters preferred
o Current (2003/2008) MCSE or MCITP certification completed
o Citrix CCA, CCEE or CCEA (XenApp, XenServer – XexDesktop a plus)
o Very proficient in Microsoft Project & Visio

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
o Expertise in Windows Server 2003/2008 and Microsoft server technologies (Exchange 07/10, SQL,
SharePoint, AD)
o Demonstrated history in start to finish Windows network design, installation and troubleshooting.
o Common backup and antivirus software
o Very proficient with managed switches, router, firewalls (Cisco, Sonicwall, Baracuda, HP)
o Citrix and/or VMware implementation on both servers and desktops (Citrix certification is a plus)
o VMWare/Citrix Virtualization administration and troubleshooting
o Mid & Enterprise Class Server and Blade Server Architecture
o SAN/Storage installation and managment

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
o Ability to research hardware and software issues.
o Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly and effectively.
o Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products.
o Highly motivated and self-directed.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Ability to speak clearly about technologies at the conceptual level.
o Evidence of continuing technology self education.
