Executive Meeting Manager (Bahia Resort Hotel)
Executive Meeting ManagerThe Bahia Resort Hotel has an immediate opening for an experienced Executive Meeting Manager. Open immediately, this Sales position presents the hotel in negotiations with meeting planners for groups involving 15 rooms per night or less, and coordinates all aspects of group programs, in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Previous hotel & sales experience required. Must have excellent computer skills and phone etiquette, professional, and must be available to work mornings, nights, holidays & weekends.
Candidates must have a history of longevity and initiative. This is the perfect position for someone that consistently meets or exceeds their goals and is interested in an opportunity to grow with a dynamic resort hotel company in San Diego, with the ability to cross-sell other resort properties.
Candidates should be dynamic, well-rounded, team players with exceptional communication, writing, and telephone skills and the proven ability to meet aggressive sales goals. Applicants should have current professional references.
Candidates must:
- Have at least 2 years previous sales experience, preferably selling full service hotels and resorts.
- Be able to close the sale, meet aggressive sales targets and be a sales team leader.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently, without direct supervision and as part of a cohesive team.
- Be able to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems, while exercising good judgment.
- We are seeking a friendly individual with previous hotel experience with a competitive nature.
- Applicants should be goal driven and comfortable in making sales calls and presentations.
- Knowledge of corporate and association markets.
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience.
- Delphi database system experience is a plus.

Hello San Diego!We are looking for two people who get along well together and can spend 5 hours a day with each other in a car, 3 days Monday, Tue, Wed.( mornings olnly 8-1:00 ) you would drive. You need an automatic car not stick shift and reliable.
Also these two people would need to make our fliers which would take about 25 hours a week at any time day or night, from your home.
I can tell you about this job when you call. It pays about 1200 to each person a month. So together it's 2400 to share.
You must have a perfect driving record you must pass a drug test and have good references.
Call me if you are good at boring, monotonous, hard work you must be fast at it as it pays by the product, not the hour. We have had a couple doing this for 2 yrs so we have it down to a science.

**Production Machine Operators** – Immediate Openings! (San Marcos & San Diego)
Large Manufacturing company has immediate opportunities for Production Operators in both San Diego & San Marcos!You will be operating extrusion and injection molding machinery and other related equipment under close or general supervision to produce plastic products to specification.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain work station for appropriate product and task (tools, paperwork, packaging, supplies).
Supply raw materials to production machinery.
Start-up and adjust machinery to designated parameters.
Monitor machinery performance.
Perform various quality control inspections and test on products. Visually inspect products for defects.
Package products using reeler, spools, cardboard, labels, stretchwrap, and other packaging materials.
Complete all paperwork and apply quality control inspector stamp where necessary.
Operate hoist to place completed rolls on pallet and prepare for warehouse storage (extrusion process).
Shut down machinery, as appropriate, and per procedure
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience working with general machine operations.
Extrusion and plastic processing experience a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 55 lbs and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs
All candidates will be required to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check.
Two shifts are available for the San Marcos facility: 7:00am - 7:15pm or 7:00pm to 7:15 am. 12% differential for night shift.
