DUTIES:(The duties described reflect the full performance level of this position)
The purpose of the position is to provide night-shift supervision and direction to Job Corps students. The incumbent independently makes decisions for all emergencies that may arise during the midnight tour of work. Directs the activities of staff assigned to the midnight shift, insuring that duties are carried out in accordance with multiple federal and state agency regulations as well as Center Operating Procedures. Works with students and staff to insure a safe and secure living environment. Encourages student input and feedback. Oversees the early morning activities of students to maintain order and safety. Coordinates between shifts, serving as the point of contact for the night shift while providing training and technical guidance. Periodically checks all buildings; conducts student accountability checks and provides administration with accurate reports. Participates with other staff and students to set standards and goals for residential services.

We are hiring for several 10 day Sam's Club shows in the Sacramento and surrounding area for Sat 28 Aug ? Mon 6 Sept (Labor Day). Plus set up on Friday night Aug 27th for a couple hours.

The job will consist of demonstrating and selling our Gourmet Dip Mixes to the Sam's Club customers. The product is very easy to sell and people love the product, it really sells itself.

We are paying $9/hr or 25% commission (whichever is greater). Thus far, our brand new sales people average about $13/hr for a 6-hour shift. More experienced sellers/demo sellers average about $20/hr. No sales experience necessary, but helpful. Training is provided.

We are hiring for 2 shifts per store:
Opening Shift:
Mon-Fri 9:30 - 3:30
Sat 9:00 - 3:30
Sun 9:30 - 2:00
Plus 2 hours of set-up or breakdown time per week. 40 Hours Total Per Week.

Closing Shift:
Mon-Sat 3:30pm to 9:30pm
Sunday 2:00 - 7:00
