Reporting to the Campaign Director, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team- and results-oriented. This position will manage training teams in Sacramento, Placer County and Folsom/El Dorado Hills, which includes recruitment, retention and travel responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing plans and promotional activities to successfully recruit, acknowledge, and retain donors and participants, as well as corporate teams and TNT sponsors. Enhance public awareness of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and its mission.

• Prepares campaign materials required for the successful implementation of assigned events and sport training teams.

• Team Management: Support the Team In Training program and its participants. Provide staff support for volunteers required for implementation of assigned events and sport training teams - included but not limited to fundraising support, volunteer recruitment, volunteer training and management, and recruitment and retention activities.

• Support participants through regular communication; provide assistance in fundraising efforts, as well as organizing event weekend logistics for participants and other administrative requirements.

• Ensure information meetings are conducted in a compelling, effective, and enthusiastic manner.

• Ensure plans and resources are in place to achieve, at a minimum, the program's annual net campaign revenue budget.

• Prepares and maintains assigned campaign correspondence, financial records and statistical reports.

• Assists TNT Director in hiring, training and supervision of TNT coaches as assigned.

• Identifies and implements creative ways to leverage volunteers and TNT Alumni involvement and ongoing program participation.

• Manages Mentor and Honored Teammate programs ensuring best practices are followed and programs are functioning at a high level.

• Assists in the development and implementation of other assigned chapter activities, and attends said events and activities as requested.

• Ability to work nights and weekends (minimum of 2 weekends each month; minimum 2-3 mid-week evening activities each month)

• Willingness to travel locally and nationally

• Maintains a working knowledge of the LLS mission and its programs.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques as well as to walk-in customers

- Assist personal & business customers with their storage needs

- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals

- Sell related merchandise (locks, boxes, bubble wrap)

- Offer insurance products to protect customers' stored property

- Make collection calls

-Take care of leases

- Perform property maintenance/upkeep


REQUIREMENTS:
