Job Description:

Summary
Previous Opera, Opera Express or Opera Lite Property Management System software experience is a must.

This position requires you to be able to work weekends and rotating shifts.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing quality guest services that include registration and checkout, PBX operations, mail and message service. The Guest Service Agent must be accurate with daily accounting procedures. The essential hospitality standards must be used at all times: eye contact, smiles, speaks first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest surname!

Responsibilities and Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed. Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner. Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information. Complete all items on appropriate (AM, PM, Night Audit) checklist by end of shift. Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests. Follow established key control policy. Ensure proper credit policies are followed. Submit all lost & found articles accompanied by a completed lost & found report. Have knowledge of immediate area, services, attractions, and events. Be knowledgeable of fire and emergency procedures. Open, secure, and balance out daily shift bank, which involves counting and verifying cash, check, and credit card transactions occurring while on duty. Verify credit limit report. Monitor room availability throughout the day. Review daily the selling status of the hotel using yield management system. Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisor. Other Department related duties as become necessary. Contact via telephone with the other departments such as Reservations, Sales or Housekeeping is crucial to ensure that hotel services are coordinated to provide the best in guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience Level: Previous Opera, Opera Express or Opera Lite Property Management System software experience is a must.

Production Operator (Durham, NC)

This position performs a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Candidates will set-up, operate, load, and monitor specialized equipment to ensure quality product is produced. Candidate may be responsible for monitoring equipment operation, maintaining supply levels, inspecting final product, cleaning the work environment, and performing light data entry. Candidates will assist in setting up workstations and follow written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments.

Individuals will work on one of the dedicated 12 hour shifts. This is a level-one position that will have a heavy emphasis on past performance. Positions are contract-to-hire; successful candidates will be expected to learn quickly, apply knowledge, and must meet the requirements below.

Basic Requirements:
· 1-3 years manufacturing experience
· Ability to stand for 12 hours at a time with the flexibility to work night or day shift
· Must have HS Diploma or GED
· Basic computer and math skills
· Good communication, both written and oral; ability to read and write effectively
· Proven work history and longevity in previous positions
· No vision restrictions; without appropriate corrective lenses
· Comfortable working around chemicals
· Ability to multi task and approach tasks with detail-oriented manner

Preferred Requirements:
· Semiconductor manufacturing experience
· Electrical, technical, or high-end manufacturing experience
· Prior military experience (within the last ten years)
· Microscope experience
