Planet Social Sports is looking for the next great League Coordinator to help manage and grow one of our New Divisions.

This is a part / full time position with evenings and weekends as necessary during seasons. You must be available to attend staff meetings via phone, local board meetings, games and social events. Superb email and communication skills are a must. Sales and marketing experience is required; management experiences a plus.
Payment will be at the end of completion of each sports leagues. (End of league determined by schedule, and includes the final playoff games.)
Off Season League Development Fund; expectations will be to grow player base by 25% for the upcoming seasons. OSLD fund to be used to market the league and gain new players for next season.

Be prepared to hand out flyers, organize groups, bar crawls, Semi annual and season ending parties, and most of all Recruit people to play social spots.
Superb email and communication skills are a must.
Sales and marketing experience is required; management experiences a plus

Compensation is on a per league basis. No limit to number of leagues. Seasons are run 2 -- 4 times a year depending on locations, weather and holiday schedules. All leagues subject to approval and PSS rules and regulations

A league is defined as any 8 week sports season, with AT LEAST 200 players. LC's required to Run league and events in accordance with PSS best practices. Running a league will consist of Planning Events, to include but not limited to: t-shirt nights, end of season parties, brochures creation, ad placement, recruitment events at local bars, colleges, beach events, etc.
