Maintenance Technician-Night Shift (Auburndale, FL)

Florida Distillers Company, the first registered distillery in the state of Florida is looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Must have solid mechanical/electrical skills and 2+ years of experience within a food/beverage plant. Need solid PLC skills - prefer both programming and troubleshooting skills.

Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery malfunctions, isolating the problems and applying solutions that minimize downtime and maximize production. This often involves making modifications, followed up with testing for system performance and stability and performing scheduled changeovers in bottling lines.

Requirements:

MUST have PLC Experience
Manufacturing related work experience
Mechanical maintenance of machinery a must
Good understanding of industrial electricity
Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Preventative maintenance mentality and skills
Operate welder, band saw, lathe, mill, drill press and all types of hand held power equipment
Ability to exercise independent judgment to maximize productivity
Candidate must be willing to work overtime and weekends

Sales Associate (Lefty’s Downtown Disney Orlando)

We are a Outdoor Kiosk store located in Downtown Disney, Orlando, Fl. specializing in merchandise for Left-handed people. We are committed to informing our guests on how the products work and how they may make a lefty's life easier. We are looking for a part time sales associates that may know what it is like to be left-handed and understand how the products would benefit a left-handed person.

To be considered for the positions you should meet the following requirements or have the following skills and abilities.

Be able to start immediately. We can not wait to hire someone that is thinking of moving to the area in a few months.
Flexible Availability Available to work 2-3 night shifts , but may need to cover an occasional morning shirt. (4 pm to midnight)
Reliable. An absolute must have. Lates and call-ins are hard on a small staff and may prevent the kiosk from opening on time. It is imperative that you are on time and will cover your shift if you are feeling a little under the weather or have transportation issues.
Sales Experience.. This position is not just for a cashier to ring up sales. The job requires that you know and explain the entire product line to the guests and be able to up-sell and sell packaged items.
Self-motivated to reach sales goals.
Outgoing. Need to be comfortable approaching anyone walking past the kiosk.
Cashiering experience. Be able to count change and use a credit card machine.
Take pride in your job and work environment. It is important that employees continually stock and upkeep the kiosk.
Be able to do light stocking and stand for hours.
Trustworthy. Employees work alone most hours and will need to be trusted to handle money properly and complete tasks while being unsupervised.
Be able to follow rules and Disney guidelines on appearance and behavior.
Can adapt to surroundings and make good snap judgments. This is an outdoor kiosk and you will have to respond to the ever-changing Florida weather and make decisions necessary to protect the merchandise.

Current Starting pay is $8.
Incentive programs like $1 more an hour based on your sales goals are constantly in effect. (possible start rate is $9 depending on skills)
