Store Manager – Verizon Wireless (Omaha/Council Bluffs)
SUMMARYAs a Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that your store exceeds its monthly quota . You will bring value to your position as your team reaches the goals you have set for your location. You will be expected to lead by example each and every day. You will also be expected to ensure that you and your store adhere to the policies and procedures as provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Includes the following, but is not limited to. Other duties may be assigned as needed.)
1) Exceed your store KPI goals.
2) Role play daily with each team member, and lead by example in every action that you make.
3) You will be responsible to ensure that each SC follows the CRM program.
4) Assist with the execution of a discipline for any team member in your location who has failed to reach 80% of their targeted gross profit during two consecutive months.
5) You will be responsible for ensuring that your store always has an up-to-date copy of the Policies and Procedures.
6) Complete your store’s inventory counts on a weekly basis.
7) You will be responsible to ensure that each team member’s goals are completed by the first of the month as well as your store's goals which is to be completed by the fifth of the month.
8) Review each invoice from the previous day to ensure that all customer information is grammatically correct. Highlight and note invoices where ratios are not at the minimum expectations, and cover any invoices with the responsible team member.
9) You will be responsible to ensure that your store is at full headcount.
10) To ensure that your store is at full headcount, assist with proactive, ongoing recruiting.
11) Conduct all first interviews with candidates following the interview.
12) Assist in the initial on boarding process as well as the ongoing training for each of your team members.
13) Complete your store’s schedule for the following month by the 15th of the current month.
14) Check, edit, and approve time punches from the prior day. Ensure that opening and closing employees arrive and stay one half hour before the store opens and closes to ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed.
15) Conduct weekly meetings with your store at a set time each week.
16) Attend the weekly calls.
17) You will be responsible for making sure all of your team members are reviewing their goals on a daily basis.
18) Engage each of your team members (separately) in a conversation based around their trends.
19) Touch base on the goals a minimum of 3 times throughout each team member’s shift.
20) Review the closing checklist from the previous day to ensure that all closing procedures were completed along with the closing cash and deposit procedures.
21) Ensure nightly deposits are made every night. Send a text to the RM nightly when the deposit has been made.
22) If there are open shifts due to scheduling conflicts, you will be responsible for covering shifts.
23) You will be responsible for ensuring that the store’s appearance is always in line with the audit criteria. This includes the cleanliness of the store. Bathrooms must be cleaned on a daily basis. Complete and sign off on the store cleaning checklist daily. .
24) Check and respond to your email a minimum of three times daily.

Customer Service Agents (CSA) are responsible for performing all the duties associated with the ground services and station operations to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient airline operation. By performing these duties, CSAs ensure the quality and reliability of services to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load, unload and transfer baggage, cargo, mail and company property from aircraft to proper destination
• Direct passengers to and from the aircraft
• Operate various types of ground equipment including tugs, vans, ground power units (GPU), environmental units (heaters/air conditioners), portable lavs and de-icer units
• Groom the interior of the aircraft, including the servicing of lavatories
• Direct aircraft movement to and from proper parking locations
• Provide commissary provisioning for all flights
• Assist distressed passengers and other customer service agents
• Make flight reservations using airlines’ computer system, issue airline tickets and boarding passes
• Make various informational announcements (PA)
• Calculate aircraft weight and balance shift
• Coordinate operations utilizing two way radios
• Coordinate and assist flight crew members to ensure a safe and reliable operation
• Work overtime as necessary

Specific Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Flexible and able to work a variety of days and shifts including night, weekends and holidays
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather including rain, snow, heat and cold
• Able to work at heights up to 40’ when deicing aircraft
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull with 60 lbs. of force
• Able to lift and reach above shoulder level
• Able to stand and walk continuously during work
• Able to perform simple math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
