RN Opportunities (Boise Idaho)

We are working with a large Hospital located in Boise Idaho it is a magnet hospital.
We are currently recruiting for a number of Registered Nurse positions
Float RN’s *usually pulled from Med/Surg so we’ll probably have an ongoing recruitment campaign in Med/Surg
Pediatric RN’s (Nights 7p-7a).
General ICU RN’s (Nights 7p-7a).
OR Circulating RN’s. (Both day, night and mid shift) Flexible shifts in OR, 8’s, 10’s and 12’s
2+ years exp required, must be a US citizen
Comp:
$20.30 (min) – $28.07 (75th percentile)
Shift Diff’s
Nights - $3.54
Weekends -$1.67
Weekend nights stacked = $5.21
Relocation –
Direct bill (pack and move) up to $6k – Requires 1 year commitment
Taxable allowance 4k – Requires 1 year commitment
If candidate takes relocation and taxable allowance it requires 2 year commitment.
Professional ladder:
Level 3 – immediately (5%)
Level 4 – 1 years of exp (5%)
Level 5 – 2 years of exp (10%)

4. Works with Component Engineering to improve test procedures, test programs, methods, reports, test jigs and reliability evaluation.
5. Must be able to work any existing or new shift as required.
6. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, use tools, or operate controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to bend at the waist, twist, kneel, squat, stoop and get up and down. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
