Caregivers (Franklin)
Female caregiver position available to care for mentally ill and disabled patient in her home, in Franklin, TN area. Perfer CNA's or people with nursing home experience and especially experienced in dealing with paranoid schizophrenics. Must be able to deal with (at times) very hostile and paranoid patient while maintaining professionalism.Candidate should be experienced, dependable, reliable, kind and compassionate to assist our mom who is a mentally ill. Responsibilities include assistance with personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. Candidate must be fairly strong and able to push patient while in a lift. Must have unique ability to work with mentally ill as patient can be hostile and verbally abusive.
We thoroughly do background checks and drug tests. Also security cameras in residence.
Schedule is tues - fri 7am - 7pm. and sat night, pay is 480 a week. also maybe available another shift works monday days and tues - sat nights. Caregivers generally (but not always) can sleep when patient sleeps. We may also need weekend help.

Job Summary:
Our case operators make hard covers for books. Responsible for manufacturing case bound books subject to specifications describe in the LSI operating manual. Operate and maintain case binding equipment to maximize “up time” for case binding production in accordance with the Operating Manual and manufactured instructions. The description of responsibilities for the positions listed below is general and not intended to encompass all duties that may be required for successful performance. This position is scheduled to work Wednesday 1a-7a, Wednesday 7p-7a, Thursday 7p-7a, & Friday 7p-6:30a
+ additional hours as needed.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment required
• 1 year of case binding experience preferred, but not required.
• Successful candidate must be capable of accepting and following detailed instructions.
Essential Duties:
• Follows instructions given by the Supervisor or Lead
• Prepare book blocks, covers, and jackets for casing-in
• Organize cover parts
• Apply “headbands”
• Select spine boards, cutting boards, and covers
• Build case bound book utilizing Casing in Machine
• Apply covers to book block utilizing Building in Machine
• Apply jackets to finished case bound books
• Perform preliminary quality control checks
• Clean and perform preventative maintenance on case binding equipment
• Cross train in other departments
• Other duties as assigned
