Full time position now opening up.

This position is on the night shift and works from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Sunday night -Thursday Night.

Work will be conducted at several different locations throughout the night often times alone. Once training is completed, it is expected that you will perform the tasks at hand as trained and to the best of your ability. Must have transportation to get to office daily. We provide transportation from jobsite to jobsite.


Random drug testing is conducted, and all applicants must have a valid drivers liscense.

cable tech (Brandon, MS)

GDH is in need for a cable tech to assist our lead tech in Brandon, MS at a commercial facility. This individual will be assisting the lead tech in pulling cat5 cable and terminating cat5e cable. Guest Service Representative (Cabot Lodge Millsaps)

SUMMARY OF POSITION/PURPOSE
The Guest Services Representative or Front Desk Agent performs, in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests, contributing to an overall positive experience for hotel guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
2. Responds to requests from guests for assistance and information about the local area (e.g. directions, things to do, places to eat, etc.).
3. Books reservations in the computer system and makes any changes requested by guests.
4. Posts charges to guest accounts.
5. Processes payments from guests.
6. Makes necessary corrections to guest accounts.
7. Sells rooms to "walk-in" customers.
8. Communicates with housekeeping department about room status/availability.
9. Listens for and responds to guest complaints/requests.
10. Maintains daily logs.
11. Balances shift work and cash drawers.
12. Performs any additional duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior Customer Service experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must report for work adhering to a regular schedule.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be available and be able to work flexible schedule – a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak Basic English.
• Requires strong people and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, exciting influencer of others
• Must be able to work independently.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Constant standing. Frequent walking. Talking. Listening. Seeing. Hearing. Reaching.
• Frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Service Specialists deliver our EcoSensitive Pest Prevention services to our commercial clients Perform daily route travel to client facilities Interaction with clients on a regular basis Conduct regular inspections of client facilities This is a Baker’s Shift position, but may include some Night Shifts or Weekend on-call work

This is a great alternative to a career in the facility/ground maintenance, trade fields or transportation industry

Position Requirements

High School Diploma/GED Stable work history – No more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years A valid driver’s license and good driving record, no major violations and no more than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years Must be able to work required hours – early morning Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting 40lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, balancing, walking and standing Must pass pre-employment Background Check and pre-employment and random Drug Tests Computer skills – Basic knowledge required

Desired Skills and Experience At least two (2) years work experience in a service environment Previous experience working independently and with little supervision Previous experience in Route or Delivery work a plus Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Good decision making skills A positive, can-do attitude Enjoys hands-on work Prior experience in the pest industry is a definite plus, but not required
