As a Shop Supervisor you will perform supervisor duties for a Wingfoot Truck Care Center which is an "on-highway" location providing light mechanical service and tire service to the Commercial Trucking industry. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assisting the General Manager in implementing programs and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
- Assisting the General Manager in ensuring proper staffing with qualified personnel.
- Assisting with training, coaching and development of associates.
- Communicating specific work assignments and responsibilities to associates.
- Working with and training staff in add-on sales and tire selling skills.
- Ensuring inventory is secured, stored and only accessible to the associates in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensuring an atmosphere of professionalism exists at all times.
- Working to ensure center profitability.
- Ensuring facility is "sparkling clean" in all aspects at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned. This position may be scheduled to work shifts including: days, typically beginning at 7:00 AM; evenings beginning at 3:00 PM; and nights beginning at 11:00 PM.

This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected. Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected.

Requirements:
Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

· Negotiate and Close equipment sales / rental agreements with customers to ensure the best possible position of Riggs in meeting profit objectives in light of customer purchase requirements.
· Provide continuing contact with customers after sale / rental by responding to questions and technical problems; to coordinate; when necessary, repair and maintenance activities by Riggs service personnel; and to keep management informed of customer concerns and problems.
· Respond to any Credit department inquire, same day, provide customer signed sales orders, next day, Financial statements , 1 week, finance documents not greater than 3 days after receipt.
· Provide competitive Lost Sale information WEEKLY and report to management through software provided.
· Ensure that personal conduct reflects favorably upon J.A. Riggs Tractor Company at all times. Honest and Ethical business practices are required.

Secondary Responsibilities

· Provide necessary information to staff for accurate inventory maintenance, invoicing and sales tax. 100% accurate and complete Sales / Rental Orders.
· Maintain an exceptionally strong working relationship with credit, parts and service functional areas.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings

ABOUT CARE IV (pronounced "Care Four"): Care IV Home Health has branch locations in Hot Springs, Little Rock, Russellville, and Fayetteville, AR. We are licensed by the state of Arkansas and are both Medicare and Medicaid Certified. Care IV has been caring for Arkansans since 1993.

Qualifications: To qualify for our Private Duty Nurse position(s), you must be either a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of recent, direct-patient care experience specifically in an RN or LPN role. Previous private duty nursing experience is not required.
