General Summary:
Solar Sales Consultants are responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company through customizing the design of each customer's solar system to meet that customer's unique needs.

• Conduct 1 -3 In-Home Solar Consultations per day.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers.
• Conduct accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis.

• Generate additional revenue through networking and referrals.

Experience and Education

· Maintains vehicle cleanliness and replaces gaskets, nozzles and other related articles as necessary.
· Performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and/or facilities as required by Company policy.
· Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items.
· Reports any equipment malfunctions and/or concerns to Driver Manager and/or Dispatcher.
· Knowledge of and the ability to use loading arms and card readers at rack facilities, use auxiliary pumps for loading and unloading of vehicle and use spill kits and fire extinguisher.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform specific tasks as assigned by Driver Manager and/or Dispatcher
· Give all customers prompt and courteous service and use tact and diplomacy in dealing with Flyers Energy Team Members and guests at all times.

Summary:
