Looking for a hardworking, organized, self motivated person with experience in the kitchen.Position: "All in one" cook, prep cook, and cleaner.

This job is done by 1 person
The responsibilites of this job include:
Cooking a QUALITY, well balanced homeade meal everyday.
Cooking between 150 and 300 servings of this meal.
Prepping all the food that will be included in the daily meal, ie: peeling potatoes, cutting carrots, cutting meat, baking cakes, and any other prep work involved in your meal.
CLEANING the kitchen, during, and at the end of your shift.
Running food up to the server as it runs out.
Keeping the server stocked with all and any accesories to the meal ie: butter or sourcream.
As the food orders come into the casino they need to be put away promtly, and in a very organized way so that it is very easy to tell what needs to be orderd.
Compiling a grocery list of food that needs to be ordered each week.
The shift starts in the morning in order to have the meal ready to begin serving at 11am. The casino, however, is open until 2AM. At the end of the shift the kitchen must be clean and their must be enough food for the night shift to serve.

SHIFT SCHEDULE:
4 days a week from 4pm-9pm (days of the week may vary, but will include Friday and Saturday night)
Sunday 11:30am - 4pm
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of dining services as directed by the Director of Dining Services or Dining Room Supervisor. These duties include setting and clearing tables, delivering and serving food to residents and guests from the kitchen in a timely, efficient, friendly fashion and performing various cleaning tasks and side work. The server may help set up, decorate and serve the Classic Breakfast, as well as servicing periodic coffee breaks, private parties and refreshment stations as directed.
Key Competencies:
• Clean, well groomed appearance necessary.
• Friendly and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be familiar with menu in great detail.
• Needs to be a “team player.”
• Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults.

Monday - Friday - 5:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Duties include sorting & scanning packages. Loading & unloading freight.

Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Must have reliable transportation.

Event Manager (Denver (downtown near Auraria campus))
The event manager is in charge of running events from scheduling employees to client relations. This position reports to client Event Management along with various other departments that the event manager will have to work along side with and is expected to keep pristine relationships with. The event manager will respond to calls in an appropriate amount of time and ensure that all calls received are completed in an orderly fashion/time by employees.The manager will also oversee 2-20 employees based on various events due to nature/attendance. The event manager must have a blue collar/white collar attitude as we are a cleaning company and under certain circumstances will have to have the ability to work alongside employees at various times but also be able to communicate with upper management in an appropriate behavior. The event manager will be responsible for hiring/disciplining event employees; and will be responsible for communicating with the day manager prior to shift starting (relating to tasks that are unfinished and need to be dealt with prior to start of event), night manager post event shift (things that occurred during event that need to be taken care of by night shift prior to next day), and any other necessary communication through the operations and general manager.
The shift usually takes place from 2pm-11pm with some times earlier and some later. As we are in the event business most days worked are Thursday thru Monday (working weekends is a must). This person must be able to communicate to clients in a professional manor at all times. This person must have 2 years minimum combined experience in event management/supervision as well as 14+ years of education. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

~ BREAKFAST/LUNCH SERVERS --- This position is STRICTLY A BREAKFAST/LUNCH server position. We are completely staffed for night servers and will NOT have any openings for many, many months. Shift starts at 6 AM, so you need to be responsible, ON TIME and LIKE to work duting the days
~ LATE NIGHT COUNTER PERSON --- This shift goes until 4:30 AM!! Must be responsible and have experience with bar crowds/drunk people.
~ DOOR GUY --- Looking for a RESPONSIBLE door person, not just a big guy who wants to fight!! Need 3 nights a week to card people from 11pm-2am. MUST have experience & references
