The Restaurant Manager will offer stellar customer service and oversee the food and beverage and guest services areas within the restaurant during the evening hours. Responsibilities include:

• Restaurant manager will recruit certified staff committed to superb service on all fronts, and will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and management support.

• Responsible for daily bank deposits and proper cash drawer record
• Handle customer complaints and listen to their feedback to improve service
o Monitor all online reviews and respond accordingly
• Restaurant Marketing in collaboration with General Manager -- JH N&G Ad's, work with local media, member deals, public deals, local events & social media.
• Coordinate special events and promote private dining and board room events
• Work with Accountant to create daily financial reports to present to GM on weekly basis
• Manage all Opentable functions
• Responsible for closing Wednesday -- Sunday nights (lock all doors, turn off lights, after-hours check-in packets, drop all cash in safe, lock dining area doors)
• Assist with basic hotel operations when in need such as answering phones, and greeting guests
• Develop & Manage a professional room service program with all staff

• Minimum of 2+ years in Management preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years in a Restaurant capacity
• Extensive Wine/Beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
• Candidate must have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Food and Beverage cost control experience

As a Commercial Service Technician you will work at a Wingfoot Commercial Tire Center and be responsible for all aspects of tire and related service and repair for the commercial trucking industry including but not limited to:
- Dismount and mount any type of tire on drop center, semi-drop center and multi-piece rims.

Summary

The most qualified applicant would be comfortable making general operational decisions in a "high pace" environment. The CDL Driver will prepare and drive a Winch Truck to rig sites to deliver and retrieve skid mounted mobile homes, and customers. Hauling oversize load experience is ideal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct the pre-trip inspection to ensure safe transporting of equipment in accordance with FMSCA regulations. Drives a winch truck to rig sites in a safe manner. Load, Transport, and unload Housing and related support equipment to rig locations. Follow directions from site representatives and responsible parties to ensure that site maps and equipment location are correct and set accurately. Conduct all safe aspects of Winch Truck operation with large oversized loads to deliver product to destination in all US states. Obtain permits for oversized loads and waste water disposals. Must be available for on call, weekends and holidays. Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. Loads and unloads truck. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, diesel, oil, and water. Performs maintenance on the vehicles. Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, etc. Positions blocks, use chains and load binders to secure cargo during transit and loading and unloading process. Operate assigned vehicle and all attached equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with FMSCA regulations. Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures during the course of work. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Communicates and works with co-workers, technicians, and management at all times. Writes Job Safety Report, a formal report that lists potential hazards at a location. Performs service work to the truck and trailers, including oil changes, fuel filter changes and other minor repairs. These responsibilities are not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities and are not all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned by management team.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training in winch truck operations in a commercial vehicle and oversize loads; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one (1) year of experience hauling “weight shifting” and oversized loads.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations

Must have a Class A CDL. Wears personal protective equipment. Weekends, holidays, nights, and overtime (up to DOT regulations) as needed Required to pass a DOT physical, agility testing, drug and alcohol screen.
