- Provide backup coverage for watch personnel and telephone operators.

RE: Restaurant Positions (Gumbo) (Worcester)

BE WARY WHEN APPLYING!

I worked for the same owner at the Flip Flops restaurant. He is a HORRIBLE guy to work for! Disrespectful, RUDE, and he lies. He would yell swears at the servers because the KITCHEN was backed up or because the servers were putting in 'too many orders'. When he tells you to do something, and you do it, he yells at you for doing it because he doesn't remember telling you to do it! The girl who trained me to work was fired because she didn't give the customer change of $.12, and the customer didn't care, but apparently the owner did! He FINDS the most absurd reasons to fire people! On top of that, on busy nights he would sit at the bar and get drunk with his friends, then his wife would have to pick him up and take him home. It's his own restaurant, and he can do as he wishes, but would you want to work for a guy who does that every weekend?

I'm not saying don't apply, everyone needs money right now. But I also want you to know what you are getting into when applying. I worked there about 6 months. When I left I found a better job, but miss working as a server and want to do it again part time. I almost applied but did a little research and will no longer be applying.

DENTAL FRONT OFFICE (SPENCER, MA)

Full-Time position in a family dental practice, looking for a dental front office individual who can multi-task, schedule, treatment plan, insurance verify, and arrange payment plans. We require experience in the dental front office with at least two years. Eaglesoft dental program experience a plus. Hours are Mondays and Wednesdays 7:45am to 5:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursday 9:45am to 8:00pm, must be able to do both nights. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Moderate to high volume restaurant/catering business is seeking a part time server/counter person primarily monday-friday nights and saturday mornings. Applicants must have previous restaurant customer service experience. Job responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, taking orders, and providing full table service to customers.
