FIELD INSPECTOR POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• We provide leads to you.
• Provide free damage inspections/assessments
• Sign Consultation agreement
• Assist & Explain with the homeowners regarding how to file their insurance claim
• Meet insurance adjustor to discuss the scope of damages
• Turn insurance approved construction projects into the production department

Delivery driver /laborer (Wichita, Ks.)
Drywall subcontractor needing Delivery driver / General Laborer.Must have valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record and able to pass drugscreen and random UA's.
This is a physically demanding position. Some heavy lifting required.
Duties include pulling orders, loading & unloading trucks w/ supplies & equipment. Clean up jobsites, scrapout sheetrock etc. Scrape up floors of drywall compound.
Sweeping and many other misc duties. Must be able to travel. Occasional out of town overnites. Home most nights though.
This is construction work. Hot in summer, Cold in winter.

Once hired, you will work with our local Faculty Manager, to choose class assignments that best fit your schedule. Classes typically meet on nights and or weekends Classes typically meet 1 to 2 sessions per week (equivalent of 6-20 hours of work per week) Up to 50% of your time is flextime where you can work from home Opportunities to teach multiple classes and one-on-one tutoring We require a minimum commitment of at least 6 months

Driver – Mobile Unit Assistant w/Red Cross (Wichita KS)
Your driving skills can save a life as a valuable member of our blood drive collections team. We are adding a full-time Mobile Unit Assistant (Driver) to our teams at the American Red Cross, based out of our Wichita, KS office.Job Details:
• Drive American Red Cross trucks &/or buses to our mobile blood drives, transporting all necessary supplies
• Setup and breakdown the donor site
• Prepare blood for return to our facility.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required. CDL Class A or B with airbrake endorsement required.
Previous truck driving experience preferred. Will be required to pass DOT physical and related requirements. Effective verbal communication and public relations skills are required. Basic computer skills desirable.
Ability to safely lift and maneuver 80+ lbs, and work safely with frequent bending, lifting and twisting.
Scheduling flexibility including availability for overnight travel up to 3 to 4 nights a week and early/late shifts is needed
Ability to work comfortably interacting with the general public
