The primary purpose of this position is to speak with people in outdoor booths (mainly Mariners home games), or other designated locations and if qualified, invite them to attend a vacation ownership presentation at a Wyndham Resort (The Camlin in downtown Seattle).
Requirements:
Must be available to work days, nights and weekends every week. (no more than 40 hrs./week)
Must be comfortable speaking in public and approaching new customers - This is a SALES position!
This position requires lots of standing since we work from a booth, there is very little sitting.

Compensation:
This position is bonus and commission based (draw vs. commission). Successful Reps will expect to make $50k-$80k per year and receive full benefits within 30 days.

Primary Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating donor referrals and obtaining authorization for donation prior to recovery of tissue. In addition, position may provide support for recovery, chart processing, distribution, laboratory maintenance, and hospital services as needed.
We will train you to medically screen potential eye and tissue donors with hospital staff, to interact and discuss donation options with potential donor families, and to coordinate logistics of tissue recovery with the eye bank surgical recovery technician and other donation agency coordinators. Summary:
The DART Dispatcher maintains radio contact with transit operators, receives and records trip information, schedules trips to vehicles, resolves on-the-road problems or refers problems to others for resolution. Works closely with other dispatchers in a small team environment.
Essential Functions: Provides superior customer service to individuals in-person or via radio, telephone, fax, or electronic communication. Ensures drivers check in on time for the correct work and vehicle assignment. Maintains radio contact with drivers and field supervisors; records trip information using automated dispatch system. Ensures pick-ups, drop-offs and ride time occur in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Communicates changes to the driver and to the customer. Sets up subscription route schedules and maintains standing ride databases. Adds requests and adjusts schedules to accommodate trip request changes. Processes and schedules ride requests using scheduling software. Performs ride assignments based on using the most appropriate available vehicle. Troubleshoots scheduling and staffing issues along with Service Supervisors. Ensures the timely production of passenger manifests and answers driver requests for additional information or assistance. Prepares reports using Excel and Access. Contacts appropriate law enforcement, medical services, and supervisors in emergencies. Communicates respectfully with people of all cultures, languages, ages, genders, gender preferences, races, physical abilities, ethnic backgrounds, and religions. Maintains a professional and positive working relationship with clients, vendors, volunteers, donors, and fellow staff and adheres to the Hopelink Standards of Conduct. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule which may include nights and weekends. Proficient in use of Windows and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Two years scheduling or dispatching experience providing transportation services to the public. Knowledge of King County addresses and roads. Commercial Driver's License.

Ensure that staff performance meets the standard, and immediately address issues that do not, recommending and implementing corrective action when appropriate. Ensure that staff performance evaluations are completed on schedule in a timely manner. Accurately track staff attendance and punctuality, and perform corrective action as needed. Ensure employee competencies in all aspects of phlebotomy and cerification are up to date, that staff meets State of Washington certification, and other applicable legal requirements. May also be responsible for supervising one or more of the following:Out-Patient and /or In-patient Phlebotomy. Regularly round with phlebotomy staff.
