Express Empoloyment Professionals is now hiring for forklift drivers/general laborers in the Scranton area!The candidate must have forklift experience to be considered. The candidate could be performing the following duties during each shift:
- Production Line Work

Dry product mixture areas can be dusty; masks and eye protection must be worn as well. Expect seasonal peaks and flows in the manufacturing environment.
The hours will be 4x4 shifts, allow nice blocks of down time. plus overtime on 12 hour shifts.Shifts available are 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Pay will be $10-$11 per hour. This is a long term project with the possibility of regular full time work. A valid driver's license is a must!
The qualified candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screening to be considered.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from members, member representatives, agent brokers, providers, health plan employees, ship employees and clients.
• Perform outbound calls to resolve pended issues and surveys.
• Research caller's inquiries using internal knowledge database, client website, routes and escalation process to resolve concerns.
• Clear and concise documentation of each task is required.
• Timely resolution of self pended calls.
• Performs as an advocate by educating the caller of all necessary information and alternatives as it relates to the call to promote one call resolution.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to department and corporate guidelines. Follow internal policy and procedures.
• De-escalate situations in a professional, calm and customer focused manner.
• Utilize department best practices to increase productivity, once call resolution and patient satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
You must be available to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm
Healthcare experiences a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
PC Experience- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to type 30 words a minute
Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and logical reasoning
Work as a Team Player
Ability to work scheduled times and shifts, may be required to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays
Drug and Background screens required prior to starting
