Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares campaign materials required for the successful implementation of assigned events and sport training teams.

• Support participants through regular communication; provide assistance in fundraising efforts, as well as organizing event weekend logistics for participants and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure information meetings are conducted in a compelling, effective, and enthusiastic manner.
• Ensure plans and resources are in place to achieve, at a minimum, the program's annual net campaign revenue budget.
• Prepares and maintains assigned campaign correspondence, financial records and statistical reports.
• Assists TNT Director in hiring, training and supervision of TNT coaches as assigned.
• Identifies and implements creative ways to leverage volunteers and TNT Alumni involvement and ongoing program participation.
• Manages Mentor and Honored Teammate programs ensuring best practices are followed and programs are functioning at a high level.
• Assists in the development and implementation of other assigned chapter activities, and attends said events and activities as requested.
• Ability to work nights and weekends (minimum of 2 weekends each month; minimum 2-3 mid-week evening activities each month)

Job Description: This position is responsible for the highest level of recruiting financial representatives, financial advisors and wealth management advisors in the Northern California and Reno regions represented by the Sacramento 'Network Office.' Duties may include, but are not limited to:
RECRUITING
- Build referral source network within the Network Office (Financial Representatives, management, administrative and sales staff)
- Develop centers of influence (networked people) in the community to build referral network Generate qualified leads from all sources -- referrals, internet, advertising, career fairs, etc.
- Actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote the Northwestern Mutual Financal Network Promote the benefits of network growth and recruiting successes within Network Office
- Direct recruitment advertising & marketing strategies (ads, direct mail, community events, etc.) Establish relationships with company management nationwide to share leads and best practices
SELECTION
- Master information and language regarding all aspects of the financial representative career and each step of the selection process

- Direct candidates through the selection process and series of interviews with other Network Office management and representatives

- Maintain sufficient inventory of all recruiting materials and supplies
- Provide ongoing support for recruiting & selection efforts of other leadership team members
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
- Five years progressively responsible recruitment, sales and/or management experience
- Strong communication skills required with the ability to build rapport and influence others
