Local Tanker driver needed (Tempe/Phoenix)

Class A tanker drivers needed to start immediately. We do not cross any state lines. All of our trucks are daycabs. You will go home every day.

My Assistant will be responsible for managing and monitoring my real estate transactions. The position will interface with real estate professionals, clients, customers, vendors, title and escrow, attorneys, and lenders. You will be responsible for maintaining the escrow closing process and completing all tasks assigned during the normal transaction process and assisting agents and partners. You will work with our team's transaction coordinator to make sure everything is handled appropriately.

Duties as Assigned:
• Data Entry
• General Admin duties
• Answer calls & e-mails
• Make outbound phone calls to cold leads, warm leads and hot leads
• Schedule appointments
• Perform marketing, create flyers and property marketing packages, manage simple website updates, social media, design presentations
• Communicate with Asset Managers, Escrow, Lender and other Agent or Transaction Coordinator (TC)
• Communicate with utility and other vendors. Scheduling Property Inspections
• Track contingencies per contract agreement
• Receive, send and manage transaction related documents and e-mails
• Deliver required forms to client(s), and other agent or TC for signatures.
• You should be good on the phone with sales, working with tenants/homeowners.
• You should be detail orientated
• You will track, organize, and follow up on real estate files
• You should be able to follow written or verbal instructions
• You will occasionally work in the field and the rest of the time in the office. Working from home occasionally will be ok.
• You should be a Team player - may be asked to do a variety of tasks on occasion outside of your general scope of responsibilities

Our small, urban cafe is a great place to work! Our kitchen is small, our equipment is limited, see below, but somehow we make it work. We are starting to gain quite a bit momentum in this North Phoenix neighborhood and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

First, this is not a place for an EXECUTIVE CHEF/CHEF who wants to work in a high-end kitchen, rather this is for someone who has mad skills and who wants to take charge at a small cafe. Understand we have LIMITED EQUIPMENT, see below.

Our nightly menu includes bruschetta, salad, sandwiches and a few other items BUT every night we (1) different dinner entree ---> This is where you get to be creative. Using only two small ovens, a single induction burner and a crock-pot (no stove top burners, no grill, no hood), you will be required to come up with a creative featured entree every night, while busting out the rest of the menu from the prep table. You must be able to handle the small space, be a super multi-tasker and move fast! Ideally, this is a position with someone who has worked in kitchens and has a lot of ideas of how to make gourmet dishes using limited cooking utensils.

If you are looking for a place where you can be creative and use the skills you were trained with, then this is the place for you. We are open to changing the menu and taking in your suggestions too. This is a place where you actually count, you're not just a number. You have to be cool and fun to work with and most of all, be excellent at what you do!

Also, because of the way we hold food, catering experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
