Commercial construction plumbers needed for various projects lasting from late March through summer 2012. Grus is seeking several Plumbers over the course late March - early April. If hired for this assignment in March you are likely to be placed on a hotel expansion job. You are required to have a ND Journeyman's license or hold a reciprocating state license and complete the reciprocity procedures with ND by executing appropriate paperwork and affiliated fees. ND has reciprocal agreements with the following states: MN, MT & SD. For this assignment you will receive per diem for days worked and if you satisfy the weekly work schedule (subject to fluctuate) you will also receive per diem for Saturday and Sunday. Contractor provides housing seven nights per week. Housing type depends on the jobsite location. The housing could be an apartment, hotel or multi family home. Please indicate with a Grus recruiter if you are willing or unwilling to share housing with another co-worker. Job duties: minimal underground, most is above ground rough/top out and trim phases. You will primarily be installing PVC, CPVC and copper with some no hub cast. Each job has a significant amount of domestic water supply/drainage, potable water, storm drains, hydronic piping, etc. Copper is installed using a mixture of silver soldered joints and combustion fittings. There may also be portions of the job where it specifies for PEX tubing, using Pro press fittings. Top out plumbers that know code and how to set all trim plumbing preferred. Trim phases include drinking fountains, wall chair carriers, sinks/faucets, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. You should have all PPE and hand tools (tubing cutters up to 3"). B-Tank, torch assembly, torch tips, circular saws, reciprocating saws, and right angle drills are provided by Contractor. Pre-employment drug screen required.$30/hr

• Drive AE brand loyalty through demonstrating sales leadership, coaching and connecting with the customer experience
• Achieve store shrink goals and maintain all operational standards to secure the assets of the store's physical location
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum high school education or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
• Retail Management Experience preferred, or equivalent education
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‐solving & planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment

1.0 SUMMARY OF JOBDay-to-day duties include interpreting, reading, and adjusting gauges and meters and assuring trucking
tickets and paperwork is completed with accuracy.
2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check incoming water from trucks for acceptable levels of solids and fluid type
• Record data from truck tickets on daily log and maintain accuracy
• Conduct hourly walk around to check meters and gauges on equipment

• Verify that all equipment is running properly and notify management if there are issues
• Maintain daily housekeeping at the worksite

• Follows prescribed procedures with alterations, informing supervisor promptly; assuring that you

• High school diploma or GED required or six to twelve months of related experience and/or training;
