Avenue Real Estate Services is looking for a residential Property Manager to service the Nashville area. We services primarily single family homes, but apartment complex and office space management is a growing area for us. We provide leads and have a existing book of business (which you would inherit over time). This position is commission based (No salary provided); however, you earn a percentage of the total value of your portfolio plus placement fees, so your monthly income grows significantly over time. Hands-on training will be provided, but experience in leasing and management is preferred. Details:

You would work 35-40 hours per week consisting of both days and nights (or could request all nights), availability to work any day/night of the week. Must be 18 years old to apply. Company promotes from within.
