SCOPE OF POSITION:

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Implements the Food and Beverage business plan in cooperation with the Executive Chef and the Food and Beverage Director. Develop and nurture customer base. Maintains the existing standards and recommends enhancements. Is responsible for periodic inventories and financial performance of the division.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Food and Beverage Management experience in a hotel of comparable size and quality.
- Stable work history with progressive track record in food and beverage service
- Strong knowledge of wines, beverages and foods with on going interest in new trends and products.
- Experience as a bartender, server and line cook
- Hands on approach to service
- Experience in catering sales and banquet service
- Good understanding and ability to implement cost control accounting
- Computer literate

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings
* Make sure guests are receiving exceptional customer service at all times
* Maintain food service and production levels - ensure that food is prepared and served in the appropriate quantity and with the utmost quality

As a Certified Lube/Tire Technician you will work in a Wingfoot Truck Care Center which is an "on-highway" location providing light mechanical service and tire service to the Commercial Trucking industry. Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager 2 (ASM2) assists the Store Manager (SM) and the Assistant Store Manager 1 (ASM1) in the daily operation of a retail showroom and warehouse facility. The ASM2 is responsible, in the absence of the SM and ASM1, for the management and operation of the store.
