SUMMARY The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for the effective, safe and profitable operation of the commercial sales department within one location. The Commercial Sales Manager will deliver expected sales and customer service results through in-store execution of programs and standards. The Commercial Sales Manager is expected to recruit, hire, develop and provide inspirational leadership and direction to a team of approximately 3 or more associates.
As Leaders, all Commercial Sales Managers are Expected to Drive These Five Priorities-
Associates- will inspire and develop a team of associates to exceed company commercial sales and service and operational goals. Will proactively seek to produce a positive and productive work environment by knowing and leveraging the team's strengths, training and developing team weaknesses and creating a logical succession plan driven by tangible business results, interaction, coaching and associate feedback.
Customers- will provide superior customer service to all commercial customers by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts, sourcing "hard to find" parts, and performing as the primary Subject Matter Expert for parts procurement and application. The effective Commercial Sales Manager will drive customer service results by adhering to company sponsored customer service programs, monitoring CSI scores, and quickly resolving all customer inquiries.
Sales- expected to know and drive sales goals for the Commercial Sales Business. Will be expected to measure sales results by monitoring KPI's , evaluating various financial reports and demonstrate a clear and objective understanding of category performance. The Commercial Sales Manager will train to Do It Right Commercial Selling Excellence standards in order to increase sales and passionately support all company sales tactics, promotions and spiffs.
Profits- will be expected to improve the profitability of Pep Boys by controlling expenses, payroll and developing new and existing accounts. Will also be expected to take an active role in improving profit margins through strict adherence to company policy regarding commercial account margins and account billing and payment.
Growth- a Commercial Sales Manager will contribute to the growth of the organization by exceeding sales and profit goals by developing new and existing accounts. Ensures all commercial associates comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Human Resources and Stores Operations Manuals. Must ensure training completions are maintained at 100% and must complete Pep Boys' Parts PRO certification and ASE P2 (Parts Specialist) certification within two years of employment. Pep Boys promotes a safe and skillful service operation. Therefore, Pep Boys pre-pays ASE registration and testing fees for Technicians who attempt to achieve their required ASE certifications.
Provides procedural guidance and technical direction to ensure all commercial associates comply with policies and procedures, loss prevention, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances.
Will be the primary resource for technical matters, advice, direction and assistance related to installation and proper application of commercial parts. Will utilize observation and role playing to conduct training.
Will passionately focus on customer needs, and drive the commercial performance with the highest degree of integrity and trust. Must be approachable by both customers and associates.
The successful Commercial Sales Manager will be expected to balance administrative duties, satisfy existing customers and drive new business by suggestive telemarketing, working closely with the OSR, and ensuring drivers and commercial associates use each instance of customer contact as an opportunity for new business.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly manages all aspects of the commercial sales business in one location consisting of approximately 3 or more associates. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports. Will be expected to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing and resolving problems.

Goodrich Aerostructures is currently hiring manufacturing Assemblers to work at our Riverside, CA facility.

The Assembler is responsible for working on the shop floor fabricating / processing composite lay-ups, mating & bonding of complex honeycomb composite structures and assembly of adhesive bonded and/or composite sub-assemblies and assemblies. He/She will work in a manufacturing environment which will require the ability to set-up and operate various types of manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and hand tools to assist in the assembly of aircraft components. Some of the processes include the application of spray adhesives during the bonding process and will require the individual to wear the appropriate (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment such as respirators, gloves, hearing and protective eyewear. The position will require the ability to read and follow detailed written manufacturing instructions and use hand tool to assemble hardware with various clamps, clips and brackets. The selected candidates will enhance and support teamwork, and support an environment where all team members are able to participate in CI (Continuous Improvement) and utilize the tools on a daily basis.

Hours:
Training will be done on first shift between the hours of 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mon -- Fri. Once training is completed individuals will be moved to 2nd (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m) or 3rd shift (11:30 p.m. -- 6:30 a.m.) to support production.
•All applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years manufacturing or warehouse experience which includes the use of automated manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
•All qualified applicants must have the ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the day and be able to wear the necessary Person Protective Equipment to work with chemicals.
•All applicants must have the flexibility of working varying shifts including but not limited to nights (2nd or 3rd shifts), weekends, and overtime and possible rotating shifts.
•All candidates must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English language and be at least 18 years of age or older.
