CANDIDATES SHOULD LIVE IN DUTCHESS COUNTY (or at least close to) AND HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO JOB LOCATIONS
Work locations are centralized around LaGrangeville in Dutchess County within the territory encompassing Northern Westchester,
Putnam, Dutchess, Eastern Orange and Eastern Ulster Counties along Route 9W. Work hours are usually during the night or early morning hours when restaurants are closed.
We are picking up quite a number of clients that can have cleaning during the day. It is our goal that you will have 1 week notice of your work schedule. If you have a day job, you can work this job part time on a scheduled basis.
Since we opened, we have cleaned many systems, satisfied many customers, and signed contracts for follow-on cleans.
So, the repeat business is now starting. Since most services are schedule quarterly, schedules will have more hours in March 2011 and onwards. As business picks up and large contracts awarded, daytime work should be available. You should feel VERY COMFORTABLE WORKING ON ROOFS so climbing ladders and working safely is important and critical. You should feel comfortable driving E350 Panel Truck from yard to work location. Uniforms, all tools and equipment to do the job will be provided.
Technician must: Be dependable; able to show up on time, read and understand safety plans and procedures Have a valid Driver's License and excellent driving history. Be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check Be physically fit; able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments, able to lift and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet Be able to complete work projects from start to finish, with limited supervision Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently Be able to work flexible hours; nights and some weekends Be able to work in both hot and cold weather Have the desire to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast paced work environment with a growing company
Job Duties Include: Power washing of kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, duct work, filters and exhaust fans. The set up and take down of all job sites and equipment including wiping down of stainless steel hoods, setting up wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, hanging plastic sheeting, etc. Independent completion of work projects with high quality without supervision. Taking pictures of your work to prove your quality of workmanship. Leading and Supervising other cleaning technicians. Maintain equipment, reporting any mechanical deficiencies and assisting in their repair. Assist owner in obtaining additional contracts, estimates, etc., as necessary, to grow the business. Salary and Career Growth: This initially is a part-time position of 20 - 25 hours a week starting at $10 - 12/Hour depending on experience and ability. As the business grows, so will your salary and benefits with regular increases and other opportunity. Help the owners grow the company for additional compensation. If you have good communication skills, help sell our service to restaurants for commissions. We will teach you, and provide you with the materials to help sell our service. After one year, and 1,000 hours of work you would be eligible for 401(k) Retirement Plan benefits. .

I am seeking top stylists for Great Clips salon in Valley Cottage, NY (Rockland County). Call Mary 845.596.2741
Start making money on day one. NO chair rental, NO apprenticeship. NO starting at a shampoo station. We are looking for stylists with great technical skills that can contribute on day one. You must be able to cut men, women, and kids.
No clientele list needed.
All candidates must have a current cosmetology or barber license for NY.
