7. Helps coordinate road closure with county and law enforcements for fireworks shows.

PROMOTIONS
1. Helps secure bids from vendors for purchase of promotional materials.

4. Set up of displays in coordination with Maintenance Department.
5. Must be available to assist with all casino promotions.
6. Assists in obtaining tax and legal documentation on winners.
7. Inform all departments of upcoming promotions and events.
8. Checks on promotion set-up, counts, supplies with Players Club Reps, as needed.
Requirements
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations, Journalism or Advertising is required. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts with an emphasis in Print or multimedia is a plus.
2. Two or more years related experience in hotel/casino, hospitality, marketing, advertising or public relations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Must meet requirements to qualify for a Paiute Palace Gaming License. Must pass an extensive background security check. Can have no felony convictions, or criminal convictions of any kind.
4. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups in a complex, multi-cultural environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills are required.
6. Computer software knowledge must include Word, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite on both PC and Mac operating platforms. Must have the ability to learn other software programs as they relate to marketing departmental needs.
7. Must have excellent customer service background.
8. Ability to process information effectively, to learn new skills and identify, define and correct problems.
9. Must possess the ability to interact with the public and fellow employees demonstrating respect, tact, courtesy, objectivity and maturity to develop an effective and cooperative working relationship.
10. Ability and willingness to attend additional training is required.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate restaurant employees through constant communication and regular team meetings

Requirements:
The most competitive candidate will have the following skills:
* 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within the solar industry, renewable energy industry, technology industry, or any other related industry experience.
