Class A driver wanted (DFW )
I'm looking for a driver with a class A CDL for local deliveries. You will be making residential deliveries using a 45 or 48ft flatbed with a trailer mounted forklift.You will also be required to tarp loads with a lightweight mesh tarp which is very easy and requires no bungees. Most days in the summer you will be making a morning delivery around 6 am and then having downtime for 4 or 5 hours and then delivering another load around 5 or 6 pm. I'm working on more customers currently and am trying to fill up the down time with loads. The ideal candidate needs to be able to start Sunday evening and run through Friday afternoon. I need someone that doesn't mind sleeping in the truck during the week. There will be nights you can go home but when we're really busy I would prefer you stay in the truck to get adequate sleep. I currently run one truck myself and would like to add a truck to help with growth. I need someone dependable and that wants to work and take care of customers and equipment. I can't afford someone lazy or not dependable. Would prefer someone single that doesn't have weekly problems or obligations. My truck typically runs $3000.00 to $4000.00 plus weekly depending on how hard you work and I pay 25% of the gross. Sales Manager (Hotel Trinity Fort Worth)
POSITION PURPOSE:To manage existing accounts and solicit new accounts while achieving and exceeding all revenue goals to include increased room nights, average rates and meeting/ballroom rental. Maintain a positive relationship with clients and achieve complete guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct site and property inspections for existing and new potential business. Provide information about the property and facilities by utilizing an effective and positive sales technique.
Manage and maintain account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. Manage and coordinate various departments participation in servicing existing and new accounts.
Meet, greet and entertain potential clients, providing information regarding the property to increase sales.
Travel locally and out of city/state as necessary to conduct sales calls and blitzes to promote the hotel property, company portfolio of properties to develop leads.
Organize and make arrangements to attend trade shows and other events as necessary to represent InnSuites and acquire new business leads.
Supervise the overall set up and implementation of events and meetings. Work with other departments to ensure that the guest specifications are met and their satisfaction is achieved.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by InnSuites from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Supportive Functions:

• Update and assist in the maintenance of Sales Files.
• Work with other internal departments to generate new business and service existing accounts
• Coordinate the ordering of amenities for clients, VIP's and meeting planners.
• Attend Sales and Staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales.

Class A Driver Portable Moving and Storage (Coppell)
Objectives: Safely operates a truck-trailer combination with a GVW capacity of up to 40,000 pounds, to pick up, transport and deliver goods to customers. Abide by all Federal, State, and local laws. Properly secures and load/unload units with forklift. Conducts truck/trailer inspections and completes all required documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
LDM Fleet Driver: essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Provide excellent customer service by executing pickups/deliveries and other requests for service, properly, as scheduled, and in a professional manner.
• Ability to safely drive/operate truck/trailer for extended periods of time and in all driving conditions.
• Ability to complete overnight trips to stores inside/outside of region during weekdays (1-3 nights per week)
• Ensure trucks and trailers are being maintained properly and in accordance with Company procedures.
• Load/Unload truck/trailer with forklift as required
• Ensure customers are being serviced as scheduled in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units.
• Work over-time as needed to ensure customer transactions are completed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education -- High School diploma required.
Experience --
• Minimum 1 year local or long distance truck driving experience
• Minimum 1 year route and/or warehouse experience preferred.
