Dietary Manager (Colorado Springs)
The responsibilities of this position are to plan organize, direct and control all activities of the dietary department and to provide optimum food service for the residents of the community. Manages the operation of the dietary department to include staffing, food ordering and preparation, food delivery and clean-up in accordance with the community's policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate federal and state regulations.RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plans and coordinates standards and procedures of food preparation, food storage and service; equipment and department sanitation and employee safety.
2. Ensures that menus and department policies conform to nutritional standards, state and federal regulations and internal procedures.
3. Purchases food and supplies within budget and maintains a supply to adequately cover each meal. Monitor food preparation maintaining use of standardized recipes and menus and ensuring proper preparation and storage of food and supplies.
4. Provide technical guidance and administrative direction over diet planning menu formulation and preparation and service of regular and therapeutic diets.
5. Plans menus with dietary consultant as needed, to confirm that menus conform to nutritional standards and established regulations and procedures.
6. Interview residents or family members, as necessary, to obtain diet history.
7. Confirm that charted dietary progress notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and of the resident's response to the service.
8. Provide timely and accurate dietary completion of dietary portion of MDS, RAP and resident Care Planning and Progress Notes, as well as Dietary Assessment, Nutritional Data Card, Diet Card and any other dietary forms as required by the Executive Director, in order to comply with federal and state regulations and community policies and procedures.
9. Supervises dietary team members, carries out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company and community policies, procedures. Responsibilities will include: interviewing, hiring, training; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance and handling disciplinary issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Registered Dietician, Certified Dietary Manager and/or prior Dietary Manager experience is required.
• 4 years food services management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 year prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retirement community required.
• General knowledge of account principles preferred.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 to 75 pounds.
• Required Food Handling License required as designated by State Law.
SKILLS
• Good communication skills, ability to write, speak, read and understand English.

• Highly organized.

The Women's Care Center (WCC) includes 7 Triage Beds, 5 high-risk LDR beds, 14 antepartum/postpartum beds, 2 operating rooms and 2 recovery room beds. The WCC cares for high-risk obstetrical patients from their 20th week of pregnancy through delivery. The staff provides the highest level care for the sickest of mothers and infants prior to and during delivery, whether a vaginal or cesarean delivery. After delivery they continue to care for the complicated maternal patient while the infant will be cared for in the NICU that is adjacent to the unit.
To qualify for this position, you must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; a BSN is preferred. You must be currently licensed as an RN in the State of Colorado, or you must be able to obtain one. Experience in high risk L&D is preferred, and an NRP certification is required. THE POSITION:

As an LSAT Instructor you will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction to your students and demonstrating subject matter expertise on all things LSAT. To qualify, you must have an official LSAT score of 164 or above. YOUR HOURS:
Once hired, you will work with Richard Boutcher, our local Faculty Manager, to choose class assignments that best fit your schedule. Classes typically meet on nights and or weekends Classes typically meet 1 to 2 sessions per week (equivalent of 6-20 hours of work per week) Up to 50% of your time is flextime where you can work from home Opportunities to teach multiple classes and one-on-one tutoring We require a minimum commitment of at least 6 months

Retail Wireless Associate – Colorado Springs, CO (Colorado Springs)
PURPOSE:Provide a high level of technical customer service support at a Device Support Center.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
Provide a high level of technical customer service support at a Device Support Center.
Meet minimal sales goal for non-commissioned up-selling of accessories and enhanced features.
Establish strong rapport and trust with customers.
Program, troubleshoot and test cell phones and accessories.
Instruct customers on proper use of cell phones and equipment.
Accurately document customer interactions in multiple platforms.
Perform opening and closing duties within the Device Support Center.
Provide direction, training and support to other associates, as needed.
Job Requirements:
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications (must have skills):
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* One year of customer service and/or retail experience.
* Proven record of consistently providing positive customer experiences.
* An interest in selling and a desire to learn sales techniques in a non-commissioned environment.
* Comfortable navigating in Windows operating systems.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Professional, neat appearance.
* Ability to work retail hours, which may include rotating schedules nights, weekends, holidays and some overtime.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to pass a complete background verification including but not limited to: Education, Employment and Criminal.
