RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques as well as to walk-in customers
- Assist personal & business customers with their storage needs
- Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Sell related merchandise (locks, boxes, bubble wrap)
- Offer insurance products to protect customers' stored property
- Make collection calls

- Perform property maintenance/upkeep
- This job is 32 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS:

Summary:
The Principal Facilities Engineer ensures that the utilities being supplied to production, including but not limited to: Water for Injection (WFI), Electricity, HVAC, Nitrogen, Process Compressed Air, Compressed Air, City Water, Chilled Water, Clean Steam, Plant Steam, Heating Hot Water, are operating within the proper ranges for the demand. This role also ensures that these utilities are operating within an efficiency level that minimizes the cost to the business. Furthermore, this position ensures that the environment that the business operates under is in compliance and can be demonstrated, as such, to a regulatory body. This position reports to the Manager, Facilities Engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project Create and maintain a budget for capital projects Serve as mentor to less experienced engineers Utilize the Building Monitoring System (BMS) to track the environmental controls of the production block Provide trend reports, generated from the BMS, as required for various historical data sets. Implement improvement projects for utilities and department processes Lead project teams as needed to accomplish project objectives Manage capital projects (develop and maintain schedule as well as estimate and hold budget). Suggest and develop energy saving ideas and facility improvements. Interpret building prints and utility drawings. Utilize business systems such as: work Orders, Change Controls, Validations, Corrective and Preventative Actions
Pharmaceutical Facilities Engineer Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Engineering required 5+ years of facilities engineering experience in a pharmaceutical environment required, specifically in at least one of the following: Aseptic/Clean Room, Dry Products, API manufacturing GMP Validation experience Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software Working knowledge of Facility utilities required, including but not limited to: Steam Chilled water / Heating water HVAC Compressed air Cooling towers Nitrogen

Spa Supervisor (Uptown/Andersonville)
Busy spa located on the north side of Chicago is seeking an energetic and team-oriented Spa Supervisor is to oversee and supervise the spa, monitor appointment book to maximize revenue, and assist Spa Manager with the operation of the spa.Key duties/responsibilities:
1. Relay maintenance and housekeeping requests to proper staff members.
2. Answer phone calls.
3. Assist in retail inventory, merchandising, and forecasting.
4. Maintain a clean and neat business like appearance at all times using a high standard of personal hygiene.
5. Check in guests at spa, entering appropriate information into and running necessary reports from computer system.
6. Take payments, post charges, enter amounts into computer, and balance accounts at end of shift.
7. Answer a variety of questions from guests, and handle routine problems.
8. Encourage team selling.
9. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
10. Book appointments and services.
11. Handle emergencies that arise when on duty alone, notifying appropriate personnel.
12. Perform other related clerical tasks.
13. Assist in general maintenance and organization of the spa desk and reception area.
14. Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring for OVERNIGHT HOUSE-SITTERs. This position requires overnight stays (sleeping over in a client's home). Each overnight stay begins from the dinner period (5-7pm) and continues until the morning period (7-9am). House-sitting jobs last anywhere from 1 night to 2 weeks (you must be able to do all nights in that house-sitting order). You are contacted for each House-sitting job that a client schedules and may accept or decline each job.
Generally, House-sitting is caring for dogs and may include other animals (cats, gerbils, fish etc). The type of work included in house-sitting is:
*walking dog (according to client profile)
*feeding each pet their special diet and maintaining each pet's daily routines
*spending time playing with or exercising each pet
*administering medication (when necessary)
*combing or brushing each pet's coat (and any other animal care specified)
*mail and newspaper retrieval
*other specified care
Requirements To Be An Overnight House-Sitter:
1. You must ADORE pets!
2. You must BE--
* Extremely time-oriented and be able to manage your own schedule
* Dependable. Our clients rely on our dependability.
* Able to sleep overnight in client's home, arriving between 5-7pm and staying until 7am-9am the following day. During holidays, as needed.
* Able to handle physical requirements of the job-----walking dogs for 3-5 half hour visits per day
* Able to handle animals of varying sizes.
