• Manage automotive damage and repairs
• Manage vendor relationships to verify that vehicles are repaired in accordance with damage appraisals and ensure all repairs are properly documented per Company standards
• Assist in Parts, Turnback, Body Damage and other Fleet related managerial duties as/when needed to ensure full efficiency of Fleet Department
• Partner with Operations management to develop and implement programs, practices and solutions to attain business objectives
• Operate ADP and other fleet systems, as required.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of one year of supervisory management experience required;
• Minimum of one to three years of supervisory experience in a vehicle maintenance industry.
• Effective supervisory, communication, organizational, and creative problem solving skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to effectively interact with vendors, customers and the public.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
