High Volume Buckhead Restaraunt seeks applicants for sous chef position

This position is responsible for various duties as outlined by the Chef to include, but not limited to
- Ability to execute all positions on the line and help line staff
- Execute and oversee the production of all menu items.
- Expedite orders correctly and efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen flow.
- Ordering and receiving goods
- Managing cost of sales, quality control, prep lists, and maintenance of clean and safe work stations.
- Training and managing employees
- Assisting the chefs with the scheduling on a weekly basis.
- Inspire and motivate kitchen staff.

- Job requirements:
* At least 3 years of prior experience of professional hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume environment
* Strong communication skills

* Must be Servsafe Certified

My name is Danny Thomas. I am a C4/C5 Quadriplegic (incomplete). Incomplete means I have movement below my level of injury, which is right at my neck. I have lots of upper body movement and continue to improve. I'm looking to rent a house and share it with someone. I have a full time aid during the day 8 am to 5:30 pm. I also have a back up aid.
