Our Neuro ICU is growing from 10 beds to 24 beds, and we're looking for gifted Neuro ICU nurses to join our team. As a primary Stroke Center, our Neuro ICU provides acute care to a wide variety of neurosurgical and neurological patient populations with diagnoses and services including: stroke, sub-arachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral aneurysm, AVM and neurovascular surgery, interventional neuro-radiology, oncology & brain tumors, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury to name a few.
Neuro ICU RNs will focus mostly on Neuro ICU patients, however you may be assigned other ICU patients as well. In the interim, these patients will be housed in a new unit located in our PACU.

•Bachelor's degree (BA) in hospitality, business or related field or equivalent experience of 3 to 5 years in hospitality.
•Working knowledge of the principles of event facility management, services and equipment.
•Ability to work both in a team and independently.
•Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
•Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

As Clinical Nurse, RN in our Women's Care Center, not only will you partner with the best and brightest, you will work alongside Principal Research Investigators, during on-going research studies -- as well as with physicians and nurses to deliver the finest evidence-based care. With your own unique sense of commitment and incomparable talents, you can provide the most skilled, up-to-the-minute care to our patients and their cherished newborns.
The Women's Care Center (WCC) includes 7 Triage Beds, 5 high-risk LDR beds, 14 antepartum/postpartum beds, 2 operating rooms and 2 recovery room beds. The WCC cares for high-risk obstetrical patients from their 20th week of pregnancy through delivery. The staff provides the highest level care for the sickest of mothers and infants prior to and during delivery, whether a vaginal or cesarean delivery. After delivery they continue to care for the complicated maternal patient while the infant will be cared for in the NICU that is adjacent to the unit.
To qualify for this position, you must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; a BSN is preferred. You must be currently licensed as an RN in the State of Colorado, or you must be able to obtain one. Experience in high risk L&D is preferred, and an NRP certification is required. A zest for congeniality, an unquenchable intellectual curiosity and, of course, a compassionate nature is also key.
