UniGraphic is a rapidly expanding commercial printing company seeking Wide Format/Digital Operator for 2nd Shift operations. Our range of products includes traditional offset printing, digital printing, wide-format, and pre-media services.

The Wide Format/Digital Operator – 2nd Shift reports to the Wide Format Manager

Responsibilities & Duties
- maintain continuous print operation on as many as 4 wide format print devices
- laminate and mount to various substrates
- pack and ship jobs to meet shipping deadlines
- perform periodic maintenance as required

Qualifications
- POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND ABLE TO WORK IN FAST PACED, DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT
- Read and interpret written instructions
- Familiar with Onyx and Colorburst RIP software
- Familiar with HP and Vutek Printers
- Familiar with various finishing techniques, including hot and cold laminating, mounting, trimming, etc
- Familiar with UPS and Fed Ex shipping
- Capable supporting first shift during the afternoon and working independently at night
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to come in early/stay late when required

Production Assistant
The Production Assistant is a refinery operation, entry level position that primarily supports the day to
day refinery and/or utilities activities in Safety, Appearance, Compliance, Quality and Cost.

Training Requirements:
New Hire Orientation
OM1 (Basic Refinery Operations, Manual 1)

License Requirements:
Massachusetts DPS Certified 2nd Class Fireman¡¦s License Preferred
Massachusetts Certified 3rd Class (M) Waste Water Operators License Preferred
TWIC Registration Preferred

Skill Requirements:
Safety/Appearance:
Active participation in the Safety Program.
Attend Safety Training.
Work safely and follow all established safe practices, policies and procedures.
Conduct Weekly/Monthly Safety Inspections as assigned.
Perform labeling of systems lines and equipment.
Maintain a high level of appearance in assigned work areas.
Perform regular housekeeping duties in areas of responsibility and system work areas.
Remediate spills, and releases
Pick up fat/oil for recycle and/or disposal
Wash down equipment and walking surfaces
Perform trash, clutter, removal and disposal
Perform housekeeping duties as assigned throughout the facility.
Refinery/Utilities Operations Skills Training:
Begin training in an established TRT Skill Area, to be determined by the Operations Management Team based on current business needs, and at
the discretion of Management.

Train to operate and maintain the following systems:
SKILL AREA WILL BE ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT BASED ON BUSINESS NEED
Systems and equipment to include, but may not be limited to: pumps, tanks, lines, vacuum systems, heat exchangers, reactors,
ancillary equipment, utilities (steam, condensate, cooling water, tempered cooling water, cooling tower, glycol heating, nitrogen, compressed air, electric heat tracing and power).
Perform proper pumping and transfer procedures.
Perform and record all quality control analyses (GC, AV, IV, color, trans acids, moisture).
Perform basic equipment maintenance, lubrication, and repair.
Read and interpret flow sheets and P&ID¡¦s
Perform basic equipment and systems diagnostics, troubleshooting and problem solving
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Communications:
Complete accurately all operating sheets and logs.
Peer and management information sharing.
Team meeting participation.
Inventory reporting.
Supplier/ Vendor interface
Participate and/ or lead troubleshooting and problem solving sessions.
Provide training and support for new employees to train in this skill area.
Additional Skills/Tasks may be added to meet the business need.


Current Work Hours:
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00PM to 7:00AM, 7 day, continuous schedule. These hours will be flexible and adjustable based on business needs
and managements discretion
These hours may rotate between day shift and night shift in the future.
Current hours and days of work may/can be changed based on the business need.
Overtime hours will be necessary to cover for holidays, vacations, sick time, etc.

Recruitment Coordinator (Salem/Beverly, MA)

This position is for a non-profit organization doing a fund-raising program. The event being held is called a "lock-up." The Recruitment Coordinator calls into businesses and speaks with representatives to persuade them to participate in the event. The participates will be picked up the night of the "lock-up" and brought to a local restaurant, where the event will be held. Although they will be asked to raise money, this is not done by the Recruitment Coordinator.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:
*Cold call professionals and persuade them to participate in the "lock-up" (Note: A list of contacts will be provided)
*Expected to be comfortable making 120 to 140 calls per day
*Expected to persuade (on average) 1 person per hour
