Prefer a CDL-A: MUST HAVE TANKER/WATER ENDORSEMENTS, CURRENT DOT MEDICAL CARD. CDL-B will be considered but MUST have tanker endorsement.

Reliable and stable individuals only

Minimum of 1500 hours driving time required.

Hours may vary- Day shift 8am-3:30pm, Night shift 8pm-5am. Work shift will not exceed 40 hours per week; Expect starting hours of 20 hours per week. Potential for job to carry over for winter season.

Scope:

The major responsibility in this position is to operate at the front desk while providing a variety of hotel services for guests, therefore a significant portion of the worktime is spent speaking, listening, and moving about while standing.

The vast majority of time is spent interacting with guests of the hotel, typically while standing up. This person types or uses a keyboard to coordinate hotel services for the guests.



A significant portion of time is spent using the hotels computer system for reservations, scheduling or other guest related services.

This position utilizes problem solving and reasoning abilities often. The guest service representative will analyze the short-term and long-term impact of solutions to guest issues and problems and will creatively solve new and unseen problems as they arise.



Reading and writing abilities are utilized often in compiling guest registration information or accounts, and completing cashier reports.

Mathematical abilities, including basic math are utilized when handling departmental monies, guest accounts or the cashier bank.

Night Monitor, Part Time / On-Call (Akeela, Inc. Anchorage)

Position Summary:

Provides supervision of the facility during the night (typically 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) including maintaining security and safety as well as supporting a variety of records activities.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

„X Perform bed and facility checks on a regular schedule and record the results of those checks in the treatment program daily log.
„X File paperwork assigned by the Counselors in the appropriate client file.
„X Inventory contents of the Medications cabinet weekly, compile a list of those items that need to be ordered for the house, and a list of medications that need to be destroyed for the Program Manager or designee.
„X Review accuracy of entries in the Medication Log nightly.
„X Make photocopies of various items as requested by administrative or other staff for program operations.
„X Compile new packets of client files in numbers sufficient to assure the Intake and Assessment Counselor has an adequate supply for admissions purposes.
„X Collect Urinalysis samples randomly and as directed by the Program Manager or designee.
„X Conduct a fire drill at least once per month, document the results and corrective action taken, and submit the documentation to the Program Manager.
„X Write a staff overview during the end of every shift, pointing out problems noted, client interaction problems, or safety problems.
„X Perform other duties as assigned.
„X Log entries in computer.
